As a result of a fire that broke out after a T-35A crashed into a hangar at Base Aérea El Bosque (see Attrition, May, p93), this Cherokee was also destroyed inside the building. In addition, the T-35A has now been identified as 111.

As a result of the above incident, this aircraft was also destroyed inside the hangar.

This aircraft crashed into a paddy field between the villages of Kone Kyun and Myauk Yay Kyi, Bago region, following a technical failure shortly after taking off from Taungoo air base. The pilot ejected but died later of his injuries.

Having taken off from Djibouti- Ambouli International Airport, the aircraft crashed after the pilot ejected safely. The jet was embarked aboard the Waspclass amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) in support of Exercise Alligator Dagger.
